Insel der Jugend (also called ‘Island of Youth’ or ‘Insel Berlin’) is a small island in the middle of the River Spree in Berlin. It is located in the Alt-Treptow district near Treptow Park. The island has an area of about 0.5 hectares and is thus one of the smallest islands in Berlin.
