The small Tilos

Tilos, one of the Dodecanese archipelago islands, is a very interesting and appealing destination which offers a wide variety of attractions at every season of the year. This island has a population of less than 600 inhabitants and is one of the most charming and picturesque spots tourists could meet in the Dodecanese.

Platanos – a modern village in the Dodecanese

Platanos is one of the most modern villages in the Dodecanese. Despite of this characteristic, this village has also managed to maintain most of its traditions and antique constructions unchanged, in such a way that it is a very unique and peculiar destination which offers a wide variety of activities suitable for all preferences and ages.

The harbor town of Phry

Phry is the capital town and port of the island of Kassos. This town can be found towards the northern area of the island, and has a population of around 300 people, which is a little more than the 30% of the islands’ population. This destination is characterized by having beautiful natural sceneries and landscapes and being very tranquil most of the year, although during August, in high summer season, it often tends to be crowded by visitors.

Leros – a friendly and beautiful island

Leros, known as The Island of the Goddess of the Hunt, or the island of Artemis, is often considered one of the most appealing destinations in the Dodecanese archipelago. This island is located nearby several other attractive destinations, such as, for example, Lipsi, Agia Kyriaki, Marathi Island, Patmos, Farmakos, and Athens, which as at about eleven hours by ferry.

Lakki – the port of Leros

Lakki is the most important port of the island of Leros, located next to the beach of Aegiali, in the Dodecanese archipelago. This port is actually one of the largest and most important harbors in the entire Mediterranean Sea, and therefore it is a very lively spot full of activity year around.

The small Kastellorizo

Kastellorizo is a small charming island that is located towards the eastern region of the Mediterranean Sea, and is part of the Greek Dodecanese archipelago. Throughout its history, this island has had several different names, such as Castelrosso, Castellorizo, Meis, and nowadays as Meyisti, a term that can be translated as “the biggest”, despite of the fact that the island is very small.

Relaxing in Kassos

Kassos is a beautiful and tranquil destination ideal for relaxing and loosing stress while being surrounded by amazing landscapes and meeting unique places. Kassos is one of the most peaceful of the Dodecanese islands, and is perfect for every visitor who wishes to meet a place which conserves its traditions and counts with unspoiled natural landscapes.

Karpathos – in the Aegean Sea

Karpathos is a large island that is part of the Greek Dodecanese archipelago and which is located in the south eastern area of the Aegean Sea. This island is nearby several other attractive destinations and is perfect for all those tourists who wish to be able to relax at a beautiful natural environment as well as for those who wish to meet several places in a short period of time.

The beach of Gourna

Gourna is a very beautiful and large bay and beach located towards the western area of the island of Leros, in the Dodecanese archipelago. This is the largest sandy beach in the island of Leros as well as one of the largest and most attractive ones in the entire Dodecanese, being a perfect choice for all those who wish to sunbath and swim while being surrounded by an amazing landscape.

Vathy – in Kefalonia

Vathy, located within the Greek prefecture of Kefalonia, is considered to be one of the largest natural harbors of the world. This city is the capital of Ithaca and is a very attractive destination tourists should always consider when visiting Greece. Vathy is very interesting from the point of view of architecture and history as well as it offers beautiful natural landscapes and spots.
