Xirocambos is one of the most traditional villages of the island of Leros, in the Dodecanese archipelago. This village has a very attractive coastline as well as it is very close to other two small islands: the island of Kalymnos and the island of Glaronisia. There are many different Dodecanese islands to visit as a tourist in Greece. The most popular tourist destinations are Rhodes, Kos and Patmos.
Rhodes
Rhodes is the largest of the Dodecanese islands and is a very popular tourist destination. It has a large medieval town which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There are many other sights and attractions to see on Rhodes such as the Palace of the Grand Master, the Acropolis of Lindos and the Valley of the Butterflies.
Kos
Kos is another popular Dodecanese island which is known for its beaches and resorts. Other sights to see on Kos include the Castle of Neratzia, the ruins of the ancient city of Kos and the Tree of Hippocrates.
Patmos
Patmos is a small island which is home to the Monastery of Saint John the Theologian. This monastery is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is one of the most important Byzantine monuments.
Other sights to see on Patmos include the Cave of the Apocalypse, where Saint John is said to have received his visions, and the ruins of the ancient city of Ierapetra.
Each island has its own unique sights and attractions.

Tilos, one of the Dodecanese archipelago islands, is a very interesting and appealing destination which offers a wide variety of attractions at every season of the year. This island has a population of less than 600 inhabitants and is one of the most charming and picturesque spots tourists could meet in the Dodecanese.
